Synected has chosen to build its network in a totally redundant manner - multiple security measures have been put in place, so as to eliminate any risk of failure. The redundancy of links will also enable your data to take the shortest path and thus benefit from minimum latency.
Synected has servers in a total of 5 datacenters. All data is hosted in datacenters in Europe on sites in The Netherlands and France. To ensure domain resolving, DNS servers are also located in datacenters in Canada and Japan.
To ensure High availability Load Balancing is carried by the Synected network, which spreads traffic load across servers hosted in multiple datacenters. It improves tolerance in the event of failures, but it also improves performance during traffic spikes and optimises response times.
A dual stack network involves nodes that are capable of processing IPv4 and IPv6 traffic simultaneously. When a node within a dual stack network receives traffic, it is programmed to prefer IPv6 over IPv4 traffic.
